Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TimerCard ("we", "our", or "the App") handles user information. TimerCard is designed to provide timer and card-based time management features while minimizing the collection of personal information.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
TimerCard does not require users to create an account and does not collect directly identifiable personal information such as name, email address, phone number, address, contacts, photos, or payment information.
The App stores timer settings, usage preferences, and app-related data locally on the user’s device. This local data is used only to provide the App’s core features.
However, the App may use third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, app stability, and service improvement. These third-party services may automatically collect certain information, including:
- Device information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language setting, and general device identifiers
- Advertising ID, where applicable and allowed by the user’s device settings
- App activity, such as app launches, feature usage, session duration, and interaction events
- Diagnostic data, such as crash logs, performance data, error logs, and system activity
- Approximate location inferred from network or device settings, where used by third-party advertising services
We do not use this information to directly identify individual users.
2. How We Use Information
Information collected or processed by the App or third-party services may be used for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the App’s functionality
- To save user preferences locally on the device
- To improve app performance, stability, and usability
- To analyze app usage and understand feature performance
- To display and measure advertisements
- To detect, prevent, and fix crashes or technical issues
- To comply with applicable laws and Google Play policies
3. Third-Party Services
TimerCard uses third-party services that may collect, process, or share information according to their own privacy policies. These services may include:
- Google Play Services
- Google AdMob
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics, if enabled
Please review the privacy policies of these third-party providers for more information about how they handle data:
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Google AdMob: https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
- Firebase: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
4. Advertising
TimerCard may display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may use device information, Advertising ID, app activity, and other signals to provide, limit, measure, and improve advertisements.
Users can reset or limit the use of the Advertising ID through their device settings, depending on the Android version and device configuration.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
5. Local Data Storage
TimerCard may store app settings, timer records, preferences, or other app-related information locally on the user’s device.
This data is not uploaded to our own server.
Users can delete locally stored app data by:
- Deleting the App from the device
- Clearing the App’s storage from Android system settings
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.
We may share limited information with third-party service providers only as necessary to operate, maintain, analyze, improve, or monetize the App. These third-party providers process data according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect user information. Since TimerCard does not operate its own user account server or centralized personal data storage, most app-related data remains on the user’s device.
Information processed by third-party services is handled according to the security practices of those providers. Where data is transmitted by third-party SDKs, it is generally transmitted using secure communication methods such as HTTPS.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
TimerCard does not store personal user data on our own server.
Local app data remains on the user’s device until the user deletes it, clears app storage, or uninstalls the App.
Data collected by third-party services such as Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, or Firebase Crashlytics is retained and deleted according to the privacy policies and retention practices of those services.
If you have any questions or requests regarding data deletion, please contact us using the contact information below.
9. Children’s Privacy
TimerCard is not primarily directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us. We will take appropriate steps to review and delete such information where required.
If the App is later made available to children under 13 or included in a child-directed target audience, we will update this Privacy Policy and take additional steps required by applicable child privacy laws and Google Play Families Policy.
10. User Choices
Users may control certain data collection and advertising preferences through their Android device settings, including:
- Resetting or deleting the Advertising ID
- Limiting ad personalization
- Clearing app data
- Uninstalling the App
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
